At Towelery.pk, we ensure that every product goes through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive an incorrect or defective item, we offer a smooth return and exchange process.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You can apply for a return or exchange if:

  1. You received a wrong product

  2. The product is damaged or defective on arrival

  3. Size or color is different from what you ordered

Conditions

  • Return request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Exchange will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed towels

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

  • Items purchased on clearance or special sale (unless defective)

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and issue details.

  2. Our team will guide you on how to send the product back.

  3. After inspection, we will dispatch your exchange item.

Towelery.pk does not offer monetary refunds. We only offer return and exchange, as per the conditions mentioned above.
