Shipping policy

At Towelery.pk, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time. Please read our shipping guidelines below.


1. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 2 to 5 working days across Pakistan.

  • Remote areas may require additional time depending on the courier service.

  • Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier issues.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly shown at checkout.

  • Free delivery may be offered during promotions or on orders above a certain amount.


3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available nationwide.

  • Please ensure you have the exact amount available at the time of delivery.


5. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

  • Towelery.pk is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer.

  • If the courier fails to reach you after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us.


6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number or delivery update through SMS or WhatsApp (depending on courier service).


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours with pictures/video for verification.


8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We only deliver within Pakistan.
